That’s why we always spend plenty of time talking with you about the details of your case, what to expect and how we anticipate handling it, before either you or we commit to proceeding.
We pride ourselves on being communicative and responsive. We will ask you at the start how you would prefer us to contact you, and we will always try to use this method. Generally we will reach out to you whenever there are developments in your case, or if we need something from you. If you reach out to us with a question we will respond and we try to do so within 24 hours.
We enjoy talking to our clients so encourage you to call us. However we recognize it’s not always convenient for you to phone us during office hours, so you are welcome to email us at any time convenient to you, or of course call and leave us a message. We always try to respond within 24 hours.
Not everyone will need an attorney when they come to us: sometimes there are options you can pursue yourself. When we sit down to talk things through with you we will always let you know if there are avenues open to you that you can explore yourself. Sometimes these avenues will help you to resolve your situation completely but if not, we are always here for you after you have tried them.
